We know quality is key to the enjoyment of your new Chinese WaterfallŽ. Each functional portion of your limited edition waterfall is tested, prior to shipping, to insure that you will have immediate enjoyment out of the box. We understand that problems do occur sometimes during the shipping process. Please know that we will do everything possible to prevent such problems will do what it takes to make sure your satisfaction is met.Damage occurring in the original shipment of your waterfall is replaced FREE of charge. Shipping is the responsibility of Zenwaterfalls LLC in this case. Damage must be reported within two days of receipt to be eligible for this service. Product that is considered of poor quality by you is also eligible for replacement FREE of change. All standard Zenwaterfalls LLC products are guaranteed or you may return your purchase for a full refund of the waterfall not including the shipping costs which are included in the standard FREE shipping price under the following conditions: Customer is responsible for re-packaging in original containers and cost of the return shipment. A full refund is given for all components returned in NEW condition and are not broken, damaged or soiled. Original shipping costs are not refundable. Soiled components may be eligible for a partial refund as determined by Zenwaterfalls LLC.
You must receive a return materials authorization RMA(#) number to be eligible for a refund and for materials to be accepted by Zenwaterfalls LLC.
Special orders including dimensional variation, colors, non-standard materials or designs are not returnable OR refundable. Components that remain standard can still be returned for a full refund as determined by Zenwaterfalls LLC.
